Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective. Items must be sent back to our facility in their original condition – unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Reporting Issues

Customers must notify us of any problems within 24 hours of receiving their order. Please email customerservice@BachaWorld.com with a brief video and photographs describing the issue to initiate an exchange request.

Product Satisfaction

Returns based solely on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product are not accepted. However, customers may contact customerservice@bachaworld.com to discuss specific concerns, and each situation will be evaluated individually.

Incorrect Orders

If the item you receive differs from what was ordered on our website, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days of notification.

Payment Refunds

When we cannot fulfill a prepaid order, refunds will be processed directly to your bank account/Easypaisa/JazzCash within 7 business days. Please provide your payment details along with your inquiry to customerservice@bachaworld.com in such cases.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using a trackable service such as courier or registered mail. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Color Variations

Product colors may appear different upon delivery due to lighting and display variations. Color differences are not grounds for returns or exchanges unless you specifically paid additional fees for color matching service.

Packaging Requirements

Do not place tape or adhesive labels directly on manufacturer packaging when returning items.

Condition Standards

We reserve the right to refuse returns or send items back to customers if returned products do not meet our condition requirements.

Processing Timeline

Return requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
