PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
1. We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with all original labels and packaging intact.
2. All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please email customerservice@BachaWorld.com.com with accompanying photos and video documentation of the issue.
3. Returns based solely on personal preference or dissatisfaction will not be processed. However, you may contact customerservice@BachaWorld.com.com to discuss specific concerns.
4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within seven (7) business days when the delivered item differs from what was ordered on our website.
5. Bank refunds will be issued directly to your account within seven (7) working days for prepaid orders we cannot fulfill. Please provide your banking details when reporting the issue to customerservice@BachaWorld.com.com.
6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via trackable courier or registered mail to our warehouse. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Returned items must reach our facility within seven (7) working days of the complaint date.
7. Color variations in delivered products are not grounds for returns or exchanges unless premium pricing was paid for specific color guarantees.
8. Do not apply tape or adhesive labels directly to manufacturer packaging.
9. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be sent back to the customer.
10. Refund processing begins within seven (7) working days after we receive and inspect returned merchandise.

HIGH-VALUE ORDER VERIFICATION
For first-time orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, we may require partial advance payment before shipment to confirm order legitimacy and prevent fraud or abandonment.
Customers with established successful order histories may have high-value orders processed without advance payment requirements.
Our team evaluates each high-value order and customer history before confirming dispatch.
Note: Advance payments are collected through bank account/Easypaisa/JazzCash.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

RETURN PROCEDURES

FORCE MAJEURE
